The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of our boiler systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and upholding the highest standards of safety. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain boiler systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Regularly inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Troubleshoot any issues with the boiler or associated equipment. Monitor and adjust controls on equipment to ensure appropriate flow of steam or water and to maintain specified safety and operational standards. Perform routine maintenance on boiler systems to ensure they are working safely and efficiently. This includes cleaning and servicing as required. Compile and maintain necessary records, logs, and reports to document boiler operations and maintenance activities. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes related to boiler operations and maintenance. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in boiler operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Extensive knowledge of ammonia, HVAC, utilities, and equipment maintenance. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues efficiently. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to boiler operations. Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy items and working in varying temperatures. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
