Temporary Data Entry Associate

Non-Profit

$25.00 per hour

2-Week Contract

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

Starting December 16th or January 6th

What the position offers:

• Short term contract

What you’ll be doing:

• Accurately input data into various systems, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring correct formatting, codes, and classification of data
• Review, verify, and validate the data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring they are properly labeled and easily accessible for future reference
• Identify and correct data discrepancies, duplicates, and errors in databases and spreadsheets to maintain clean and reliable data sets
• Assist in the import/export of data between different systems, ensuring smooth data transfer with minimal errors
• Help maintain and update database systems by adding, modifying, or deleting entries as needed

Who we’re looking for:

• Exceptional Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Intermediate data entry experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a collaborative environment
