The Role We are looking for a Social Creative Coordinator to join our team in Lenexa, KS. The Social Creative Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and engaging with Essense Designs' social media communities including representation of our bridal labels and a bridesmaids label along with supporting individual store tactics across the world. The Social Creative Coordinator will be heavily involved in the creation of social media content, including imagery, videos, and editorial. Daily tasks will include: monitoring social media platforms, interacting with social media community, building social media calendars, using social analytics tools, creating compelling content, assisting with digital and paid campaigns, creating presentations, and liaising with partners and stores. Responsibilities What We Expect: The Social Creative Coordinator should have strong written communication skills and a demonstrated interest in the fashion or bridal industry. Candidates should be active on social media personally and understand the nuances of each platform. Create social content including copywriting, photography, video and other assets on your own with input and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. Create and manage the development of ongoing content calendars by label to prioritize and execute/publish social campaigns globally. Moderate the collection, curation and integration of user-generated content on social media and the website. Capture live events using photography and video. Publicize events (e.g. trunk shows, bridal fairs, etc.) to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by targeted audience. Oversee online contests, polls, quizzes, product giveaways, etc. Stay abreast of key industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights and emerging social media trends such as photography, postings, hashtags, etc. Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand. Develop materials and training for key partners around social content creation, content promotion and conversation calendars. Cultivate an engaged audience through targeted posting and the creation of content that responds directly to community needs. Engage with existing fans and grow followers within each brand. Monitor clients' social media channels, initiate conversations with and respond to community comments referencing our brands. Monitor broader digital conversations regarding brands and stores; develop recommendations for clients as appropriate. Ensure brand consistency, voice and quality across social communication. Recommend responses and escalate issues to appropriate parties (the transfer of customer issues or complaints to customer service). Utilize good judgment in safeguarding our brand image in social responses and content. Maintain continuous, around-the-clock daily social activity. Monitor benchmarks for measuring the impact of social campaigns and report on the results to maximize future results on a weekly and monthly basis. Liaise with digital partners on our paid social to ensure we are meeting KPI's. Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads across social channels to meet goals and objectives. Continuously optimize content effectiveness through data-driven insights. Optimize hashtags and sharing through copy, creative and keywords. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations. Articulate meaningful campaign level insights internally and externally as needed. Qualifications What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree required; preference for Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or similar field of study. At least two years of experience managing social media content for consumer-facing brands (community manager, social media analyst / manager, or similar). Passion for social media and demonstrated initiative in researching/implementing new practices. Fluency with social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. Strong ability to write clear, engaging and cohesive messaging with target audience in mind. Skilled in photography and video creation. Familiarity with running ad campaigns on search engines and social platforms. Analytical skills to measure and understand how social campaigns impact broader company business and marketing objectives. Basic knowledge of third-party analytical programs such as Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Google Docs, Slack, Jira, etc. Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
