  • Work closely with development teams to drive the performance improvement agenda

Job Requirements

  • Strong influencing and leadership skills
  • The ability to make accurate work estimates and develop predictable plans
  • A creative and analytical approach to problem solving
  • A willingness to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department, and company goals
  • The ability and willingness to adapt to rapidly changing work environments, and create/enhance automation frameworks (generally python-based) to improve productivity in those environments

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor of Science, Master’s of Science, or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is [$138,780]–[$186,560] and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
