The Role: As the Sales Manager, you will oversee weekly sales meetings, provide continual training to the sales team, and help them excel in knocking doors, conducting adjuster meetings, managing contract signings, and collecting referrals. You must be available to work nights and Saturdays as needed. This is not just a desk job—more than half of your time will be spent in the field with the sales team, identifying territories and training the team in effective sales strategies. • Prior roofing sales management experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in AccuLynx.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• A self-starter with a high energy level and a drive to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and train the sales team in target territories.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Support the team in door knocking, adjuster meetings, contract signings, and referrals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and monitor team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
