Job Description
Looking to hire up to 3 new team members for residential housekeeping. Typical jobs are Recurring service, AirBnB service, Move Out service, and Spring Cleaning service. Our small business caters to many unique situations, but 90% of our business falls into the above categories. We work from Encinitas, to Lakeside, to San Ysidro, and everything in between but we can limit your working area to be more tailored to within 25-30 minutes of home or something comparable and we do our best to plan around traffic patterns for you.
We are happy to provide all training if you've never cleaned professionally before, and we provide all tools/products you need to get the job done.
Scheduling is all done via an app, TimeTree, so you can see all of your jobs for the week and any relevant notes. Last minute jobs (within the same working week) are added only with your approval!
You must be able to pass a background check for any violence or drug related charges, and you must be able to pass a drug test (not including marijuana). You must have reliable transportation for yourself and your tools to get to job sites on time. You must be physically able to clean all areas of a home - bending into a bathtub, reaching above your head for a tall mirror, getting on & off the floor for baseboards, etc.
You are welcome to apply as a solo cleaner which is most common, or as a team if you have a partner/roommate/friend that you feel confident working with regularly!
