Position: Structure Leadsman  

Location:  Catoosa, OK 

Pay: $28+/hour (depending on experience) 

Experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience within a manufacturing environment required to include welding experience  

Education:  High school diploma or GED 

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Night Shift 

ProRecruiters is seeking a Structure Leadsman to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:  

• Enforce safety policies, identify hazards, and take action to reduce/eliminate them
• Document production, rework, quality, and line stoppages
• Follow updated schedules to meet shipping deadlines
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and lead teams effectively
• Conduct daily meetings to set department agendas
• Monitor and audit product quality in line with ISO Quality Plan and Job Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
• Inspect materials and finished products for compliance with specifications and standards
• Interpret specifications/blueprints and communicate instructions to team members
• Train new employees and assist with the operation of equipment
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality

Position Requirements:  

• Ability to work cooperatively and professionally interchange with departments and the public
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for continuous process improvement in cost, time and safety
• Coordinate and ensure machine reliability and fully utilized
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and communication skills
• Prioritize tasks in a self-directed and time-managed manner
