Job Description

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and supports organizational growth.

Job Summary:
The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of the company s NetSuite platform. This role includes maintaining system health, ensuring data integrity, providing user support, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of NetSuite and the ability to collaborate across departments to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the NetSuite platform, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and forms to meet business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Provide end-user support and training on NetSuite functionality, addressing system issues and ensuring optimal system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify business needs and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain system documentation, including technical configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Manage system updates, including testing new releases and ensuring that customizations are compatible.
• Support integration projects and coordinate with third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard data and maintain compliance with internal policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related queries, managing relationships with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role, managing NetSuite configurations and customizations.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of roles, permissions, and data security within NetSuite.
• Proficient in creating and managing saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• NetSuite Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi) or third-party applications.
• Familiarity with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) or SuiteCommerce.
