Sparrow Company, an executive search and staffing firm, has an immediate opening for a Loan Originator in El Paso, TX.This is a temporary to hire opportunity.

Must be licensed TXSML!

No experience candidates will begin 6 month training with a pay rate of $17 an hour. Once you have developed your book of business you will converted to commission.Experienced candidates will start at a pay of $20.00 an hour before converting to commission pay structure.

Description and General Responsibilities:

The Loan Originator is a sales position that is responsible for the production of mortgage loans while providing top-notch customer service.The Loan Originator will be responsible for maintaining personal production, delivering customers service and developing and managing a high-quality pipeline of residential mortgage loans.

General Requirements of the position:

Licensed in compliance with State and Federal requirements.A Loan Originator is a mortgage sales producer, which has demonstrated competency with regard to volume and quality of production.Demonstrates standards of behavior that will exemplify and represent the company in a positive fashion, including a thirst for learning, becoming an expert in company procedures and policies, professional behavior and communication, being a team player, ethical standards and more.
