Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities
• Help develop and manage content for marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and website content
• Support the organization and promotion of events, product launches, and trade shows
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
• Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team, such as scheduling, data entry, and filing

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong interest in marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required
