Job Title: Electronics Technician

Location: Longmont, CO

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $28-$30 Hourly (DOE)

Job Overview: The Electronics Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical vacuum measurement instrumentation, including printed circuit board assemblies and vacuum gauge transducers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and document products returned for repair (RMA).
• Maintain detailed paperwork and traceability records.
• Perform diagnostic analysis, troubleshooting, and repairs, providing reports.
• Ensure products are repaired and re-inspected to high quality standards.
• Interact with customers to troubleshoot product issues.
• Collaborate with departments for continuous improvement.
• Create visual and written repair work instructions.
• Assist with specific projects in production and engineering.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Associate degree in Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three (3) years as an electronics technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading schematics, datasheets, and work instructions.
• Experience with test instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and failure mode identification skills.
• Excellent communication skills for building professional relationships.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
