American Income Life (AIL) is seeking a  highly motivated Producer to join their growing team. This role is designed for individuals who are driven, passionate, and goal-oriented, looking for an opportunity in a  fast-paced insurance environment . As a Producer with AIL, you will be guiding clients through their personal insurance needs, educating them on available policies, and closing sales. Unlike traditional insurance companies, AIL offers  no-cost leads , immediate commission payouts, and ongoing  sales coaching . Daily Responsibilities :

  • Sales Philosophy : Embrace and apply the AIL Sales Philosophy while consistently hitting  monthly sales goals .
  • Lead Conversion : Convert  incoming prospects into long-term, multi-line clients.
  • Follow-Up : Maximize every opportunity by handling  leads promptly and following up effectively.
  • Client Workflow : Keep track of client interactions and progress according to company standards.
  • Learning & Growth : Continuously learn the ins and outs of AIL’s  insurance policies (no prior knowledge is required).
  • Team Player : Maintain a  positive attitude , work well with team members, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
