Job Description:

Triangle Remodeling is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Windows and Doors installation team. As a Windows and Doors Installer, you will be responsible for installing and replacing windows and doors in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut materials, including using a metal break, to fit openings using hand and power tools.
• Install windows and doors, ensuring proper fit and seal.
• Inspect work sites to determine materials or equipment requirements.
• Clean work areas and dispose of debris.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.

Training Program:

• Duration: 2 weeks
  • Week 1: Logistics, installation techniques, and practice.
  • Week 2: On-site field training with an installation manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window and door installation preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• RRP Certification is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Additional Notes:

• Crew starts as a 3-man team (lead and 2 helpers), with potential to grow to a 6-man crew.
• Ideal candidate is driven and able to utilize technology software.
