We're actively seeking a talented VP, Global Head of Human Resources Solutions to join our Human Resources (HR) team in Newport Beach, CA reporting to the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. The preference for this role is to be hybrid with openness to considering remote candidates. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office. As the VP, Global Head of HR Solutions you will move Pacific Life, and your career, forward as you take on will be responsible for developing and leading the technology strategy in support of HR across the enterprise. This leader will manage the implementation, optimization, and innovation of HR technology, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business objectives and employee experience goals. This role will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that drive an improved employee experience, enhanced operational efficiency, compliance and risk mitigation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation and agility across the organization.How you'll help move us forward:

Base Pay Range:

Also, this role is eligible for additional incentive pay.
$235,000 - $285,000
