Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a major pharmaceutical company to hire a Document Specialist.

Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Hybrid – Swiftwater, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST

Contract Duration: Through December 19, 2025

Compensation: $45–$50/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating technical documentation in a modern software development environment. This role requires strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit technical documentation, including SOPs, guidelines, validation master plans, and programming standards.
• Document software capabilities, functionality, and procedures using word processing tools.
• Track and review change control documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and incorporate feedback into documentation.
• Navigate and utilize Content Management System and templates.
• Provide regular updates to the manager on workflow status and document approvals.
• Follow up with team members to ensure timely review and comment resolution.

Qualifications:

• Technical writing in a regulated (GxP) environment
• Proficiency with Veeva Vault , including templates, workflows, and approval processes
• Strong root cause analysis and quality documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with content management systems and document control workflows
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation standards and terminology
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively across all levels of the organization
• High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines

This is a W2 position.
