Job Description
A leading hospital system sitting out of the New York City area is seeking a Technical Project Manager that is supporting an implementation of a clinical database. This person will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder interaction and team coordination of this crucial project. Some of the daily responsibilities include:
-Driving projects from inception to delivery, managing budget, timelines, and quality goals.-
-Identifying, analyzing, mitigating, and proactively responding to project, financial, and operational risks.
-Executing delivery processes to ensure effective collaboration among distributed resources.
-Fostering a work culture that recognizes individual differences and maximizes team performance.
-Implementing continuous improvement programs and leveraging tools for effective project execution.
-Managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and solution renewals.

Required Skills & Experience -Familiar and have experience working with Epic data (ADT, clinical, revenue cycle) and data analytics and visualization (SlicerDicer, reporting workbench, Tableau)
-Familiar with Epic integration and data pipelines
-Working knowledge of quality reporting components (i.e., Leapfrog, PSI, AHRQ, Press Ganey)
-Experience working with various stakeholder groups (business, IT, vendor, legal)
-Ideal candidate should have executive presence, be able to work independently and across teams, organized, and good communication skills.
