Job Description

This is a full-time On-site role for a Senior NetSuite Admininistrator with strong Accounting and Finance experience, located in, or willing to relocate to, the greater Farmville VA area. The Ideal individual will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as cost control, cost accounting, data analysis, fiscal reporting, and cost management within NetSuite.

Qualifications

Experience in cost control and cost accounting

Oversee the AP/AR/Payroll Clerk & Accountant

Analytical skills with a good understanding of financial data

Cost management experience

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for internal and external stakeholders

Monitor and maintain appropriate cost accounting for fixed asset and inventory

Evaluate capital expenditure requests and make recommendations to management

Perform month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Experience

CPA, CMA, NetSuite Certification preferred

3+ years of NetSuite experience with a focus in financial analysis and accounting (within a manufacturing or furniture environment preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time and resources effectively
