Salary Range : In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 . Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is not a remote position. Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for an end-of-year bonus. Position Description: We are seeking a tech-savvy and user-centric Corporate Systems Administrator to join our team. The Corporate Systems Administrator will maintain the company's information technology systems and infrastructure, provide technical support to teammates, and ensure that all technology-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the Bluestaq Team and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Ensure the security and reliability of the company's network and systems.
• Manage and maintain the company's servers, databases, and software applications.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with procuring, installing, and configuring new hardware and software.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage and maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users on technology-related issues.
  
  

Basic Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong networking concepts and troubleshooting skills with proven experience in network engineering.
• Experience working in Azure and with Office 365 admin tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and other common business applications.
• Network experience with protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with various security protocols and concepts, such as RBAC, the CIA triad, and the concept of least privilege.
• Experience with server management, networking, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Experience with automation and PowerShell.
• Virtualization experience.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in continuously learning new skills and a desire to work with new technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex issues.
• Ability to communicate the scope and state of work, including articulating roadblocks.
• Proactive and thoughtful in seeking clarification and asking questions.
• Finds the right balance between persevering on a problem and asking for help.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Server experience.
• Professional certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
• Experience with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework.
  
  

Desired Education: 5+ years of systems administration/information technology experience with an Associate degree OR a High School Diploma/GED with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check. Relocation: This position does not offer relocation.
