Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Structural Welders to join our team in the High Point and Greensboro areas. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, steady hours, and full benefits after 90 days. Candidates should have experience in MIG welding and be prepared to complete a weld test.
Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG (wire-feed) welding on structural steel components.
• Pass a vertical (uphill) and overhead weld test using GMAW.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to complete projects accurately.
• Weld and fabricate parts to meet structural requirements and quality standards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure job completion on schedule.
