Changing Lives Productions is the video production company of Dhar Mann Studios, aimed at creating positive scripted content for the social media generation. Our inspirational and motivational content focused on life, business, and relationships receive over 1 Billion views monthly and have garnered over 40 Billion views on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. We are the largest scripted digital creator in the market today. The team is led by Dhar Mann, a mission-driven entrepreneur with a global audience of over 120 Million social media followers and one of the highest viewed content creators in the world today. On our core channel, our stories depict real life situations shown by actors that teach important life lessons. BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking an experienced YouTube scripted Show Runner to oversee the creative and operational aspects of our Main Channel on YouTube. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality scripted content that aligns with our brands mission of changing lives through storytelling. The ideal candidate will have recent scale success on YouTube, a strong background in dramatic writing, digital content production, track record of leading series to creative and audience growth, and the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced YouTube production schedule. You will provide the vision, passion and expertise to ensure our channel continues to grow and super serve our audience and mission.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Oversee all aspects of production for the Main YouTube Channel, from concept development and writing through post-production, ensuring each project meets our high standards for views, quality and storytelling.

• Monitor trends, competitive landscape, best practices, platform dynamics, audience feedback and analytics to continuously refine and improve YouTube audience growth.

• Collaborate closely with writers, directors, and production to develop compelling YouTube narratives that resonate with our global audience.
• Manage the production calendar, ensuring timely delivery of episodes and maintaining a consistent content release schedule.
• Lead the creative team in brainstorming and developing new story ideas, formats, and series that align with our brands vision and goals.
• Provide creative feedback throughout the production process, ensuring all content is aligned with Dhar Mann Studios vision and messaging.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and other departments, including marketing, distribution, and business affairs.
• Cultivate relationships with talent and influencers, to maintain a strong network for future productions.
• Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to maximize audience reach for the channel.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Deep recent experience with and hands-on understanding of the YouTube and Facebook platforms and other social media channels, including trends, audience behavior, and content formats.

• Proven experience (7+ years) as a Showrunner and writer with a strong background in digital media and scripted content. Minimum 3+ years recent experience leading a scale YouTube channel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a creative team in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Excellent YouTube-honed storytelling abilities with a keen eye for compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative visions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for creating content that has a positive impact on audiences.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Showrunner - Main Channel will report both to the CEO and President/COO.

WHO YOU OVERSEE:

You will oversee the Main Channel idea manager, Main Channel script manager, and Main Channel writers.

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

All the action takes place at our studio in Burbank, CA.
