Job Description

Service Technician HVAC/R Wright's Heat Air & Refrigeration Inc, a proudly Family Owned and Operated Company that values the importance of family in our work culture. We are currently searching for experienced Service Technicians who possess a valid journeyman s license and EPA certification. The ideal candidate will start with a competitive salary between $28.00 to $37.00, which is commensurate with verifiable experience, and this is a full-time position focused on both service and installation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid journeyman license
• EPA certification
• Valid driver s license
• Insurable driving record
• Must possess service tools
• Excellent communication skills required
• No felony convictions
• Must pass drug test & background check
• Strong troubleshooting skills & installation experience required
• Able to maintain efficiency & minimal call backs
• Physically capable of lifting & moving heavy equipment
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Availability for 40-hour work weeks
• On call / overtime / weekend availability required
