Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Ajilon) is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources for a client located in the Greater Indianapolis area. The Senior Director of HR will be responsible of aligning the company's business objectives with its employees and leaders to enable strategy, planning and drive results. The role will partner, support, and influence the business with key HR decisions and actions around digitalization, organizational design, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion. Most importantly, the Senior Director of HR will manage and develop a highly dynamic, business facing HR team through our next phase of growth. Salary range is $150-200k plus bonus, 401k, and health, dental, and vision package.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR, including digital talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion for a 5k+ employee workforce.
  • Build strong relationships and influence across the organization as a trusted HR executive.
  • Manage the management headcount in alignment with strategic growth plans for remote locations.
  • Identify staffing requirements and sourcing strategies to meet business goals. Drive recruitment, interview, and selection processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Provide effective employee relations management to create a positive organizational culture and minimize risk. Investigate and resolve employee complaints, issues, and concerns regarding employment practices.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required - Human Resources Management, Business or related field or equivalent. Masters preferred.
  • 12+ years HR Manager/Director level experience
  • Strong experience with HRIS/ATS including implementations
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills required.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • SHRM certification preferred
