ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Creative Director is responsible for the development, delivery, and overall quality of work for the UA Brand produced by the creative department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible for execution and voice through all campaign and omni touch points for acquisition and customer retention. This includes but is not limited to, brick and mortar retail locations, UA.com, Private Label development, store visual plan and physical storytelling, social media, email, direct mail, advertising and CRM programs, and all other digital, content, print, and broadcast marketing materials. Creative strategy, development execution of a wide variety of big ideas, and promotional communications materials across the businesses/channels. Elevate the consumer's experience by staying informed of customer-centric trends/behaviors, streamlining processes/planning improvements. Successfully manage change while maintaining brand position. Oversees/evaluates/improves work of all internal creative teams to ensure that projects are on strategy/high quality/effective and technically correct. Leads/mentors/advises and oversees the entire creative team. Work with partners to develop omni-consumer-centric strategies, and effectively communicate key priorities and deliverables. Directs and collaborates with external creative partners and agencies. Assigns work, provides creative direction, reviews work, and integrates concepts/work with internal concepts and work. Partners with executive management to ensure creative collaboration, project objectives, and brand requirements are met. Leads and executes marketing initiatives while also working cross-functionally with the appropriate internal teams. Manages execution with a high degree of consistency, ensuring the omni-ideas talk to the consumer on a meaningful level/inciting emotion/behavior, sets clear team/brand goals/builds new concepts, and contributes to business initiatives and special projects. Develops talent and celebrates the team's work and contributions. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Executive presence, ability to earn and build trust with business leadership in running an effective and efficient Operations team; ability to influence senior leadership. Deep understanding of online retail and delivery of Integrated Marketing/Creative Processes and Advertising digital assets. A natural planner, detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - Exhibits strength in working in group settings. Leading and solving processes in a fast-paced environment. Budget development and management. Driving consistency across the digital experience for UA and visual merchandising and presentation storytelling, omni-channel integration, and B2B. Must be able to produce high-quality work consistently and on time. Strategic thinking ability and creative talent to generate breakthrough ideas. Data-Driven Decision making - highly agile. Experience in mass, traditional, digital, social, and e-commerce channels. Develops effective campaigns within branding guidelines and stated objectives. Proficient and strong hands-on working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and MAC environment. Workfront, industry-leading photography and editing software. Experience in Adobe Acrobat/Distiller, Adobe XD preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills: highly collaborative with the ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups. BS/BA Degree - Communication, Design, Writing, Advertising, or related field with a strong design portfolio.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

HYBRID - The Best of Both Worlds Have the flexibility to work on-site/in the business and remotely during the week. You'll spend a few days a week in our office for collaboration/in-person engagement and have the flexibility to work from home on other days. While on-site, join other team members in the spacious Quad for lunch, and enjoy our other ongoing wellness and team activities. Employees are expected to be online and available during the core business hours for their team. Company computer provided for business use.
