Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SDR Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) team ensuring they effectively qualify and schedule sales meetings. As the SDR Team Lead you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales pipeline by leading mentoring and optimizing the performance of our SDR team. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve our sales goals.

What Youll Do:
  • Lead and manage the inbound SDR team to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation qualification and appointment setting.
  • Monitor and analyze SDR metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide ongoing coaching training and development to enhance the skills and performance of the SDR team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals strategies and processes.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance share best practices and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track team performance and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SDR team.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to ensure the SDR team remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in Sales development or SDR role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferably within a sales or SDR team.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation qualification and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to analyze data identify trends and implement data driven strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
