Job Description:

We are seeking a Trainer to support end-user training and go-live readiness across multiple Texas locations. This role is ideal for experienced trainers who have worked in SAP-enabled environments—particularly those with business-side functional experience rather than deep technical or configuration backgrounds.

Trainers will participate in a two-week remote train-the-trainer session followed by two weeks of on-site training and go-live support. All training materials will be developed in advance; your role will be to learn, validate, prepare, and deliver.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in 2 weeks of remote train-the-trainer preparation (starting 7/28 and 8/4)
• Deliver in-person end-user training during the week of 8/11
• Provide onsite go-live support and reinforcement during the week of 8/18
• Review and prep training materials in advance; provide feedback and test data flows
• Train users on key SAP processes including:
• Purchasing
• Inventory management
• Basic sales orders
• Navigation, reporting, and workbench usage
• Represent the training and change management team with professionalism and clarity

Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering end-user training in an SAP-enabled business environment
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Experience in functional SAP areas such as purchasing, inventory, or sales order processing
• Ability to travel and work onsite in Texas for the duration of the engagement
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, go-live settings as part of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) team
