Job Description
This is a full-time, on site position in Lafayette, CA. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for designing and creating reports and campaigns, providing end-user support, and ensuring that our Salesforce system meets the evolving needs of our temple community.
Key Responsibilities:
System Maintenance and Configuration:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including data integrity, user access, and system performance.
Implement system updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to support organizational needs.
Report and Campaign Design/Creation:
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track key metrics.
Working closely with program managers and temple staff, design and implement campaigns for fundraising, membership drives, and community outreach, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving engagement and operations.
End-User Support and Training:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure that staff members are proficient in using Salesforce.
Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.
Collaboration and Strategy:
Work closely with various users to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with external vendors, developers and consultants as needed to implement new features or resolve complex issues.
Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the system.
