Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our business in the multifamily sector.
Job Description - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target new business opportunities in the multifamily sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, developers, and architects.
- Conduct site visits and project assessments
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimating teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth handoffs once contracts are secured.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sale process.

The Successful Applicant - 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong knowledge of exterior construction projects (roofing, siding, windows, etc.) preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a results-driven attitude.
- Strong understanding of the Indianapolis market and local multifamily development trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
