Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed knowledge of product specifications and services offered by AMS Enterprises to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and increase market share.
  • Market new products successfully by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Assist customers in making informed buying decisions by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Complete orders, manage client accounts, and uphold excellent service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assemble, maintain, and demonstrate equipment when necessary to highlight features and functionality to potential customers.
  • Monitor competitive activity within the market and suggest adjustments to strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance.
  • Build long-lasting professional relationships through exceptional interpersonal and follow-up skills.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, share insights, and collaborate on projects to achieve business goals.
  • Report to the Sales Manager and provide regular feedback and reports on field activities, ensuring transparent communication across departments.
  • Comply with all company policies, routines, and legal requirements, maintaining professional ethics and respecting confidentiality.
Requirements
  • No experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to network and establish relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
