Part Time Saturday and Sunday 9a-5p and Monday Split 12p-2:30p and 4p-6:30p.
Medical Contact Center Agent, approximately 21 hrs/week. We are growing! The opportunity for advancement and additional hours are available to those that are interested. We are hiring for the following schedule: Sat 9a-5p, Sun 9a-5p and Monday (split shift) 12p-230p and 4p-6:30p.

We offer remote training, all equipment needed for the position is provided. The length of the training program is dependent upon individual learning styles.
We are looking for the following qualities and experience:
- Strong verbal skills to communicate with callers.
- Experience with answering calls in a fast-paced environment with an hourly call expectation.
- Strong ability and desire to work with a team.
- Self-motivated and ambitious with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm to learn.
- Ability to gracefully receive criticism and feedback.
- Knowledge of writing clear and concise messages.
