About the Opportunity:
AMC is seeking construction project managers with either direct experience related to primarily to residential Foundation Repair, Waterproofing and Masonry work.

The Project Manager role at AMC is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential/commercial construction project manager seeking to transition from general contracting into specialty trade contracting while quickly becoming key personnel without the heavy layers of upper management.

Project Managers work closely with office staff for contract administration; work directly with Foremen to oversee field operations. Problem solving ideas are welcome in weekly meetings about how to make AMC processes more efficient, and how to improve the experience or quality of delivery for the Customer.

About the Project Manager Role:
As a Project Manager,  you will be responsible for effectively managing residential & commercial projects in the Foundation repair & Waterproofing trades, including Masonry & Crawlspace systems, Drainage, and light concrete work. .  Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding your assigned contracts, planning & phasing work, managing costs for the project, ordering and timing material deliveries, analyzing job-cost reports, providing estimates of costs to complete the project, as well as change order cost estimation.

Areas of accountability include but not limited to:

• Work directly with office administrators & President of Operations
• Perform independent take-offs, budgets, estimates of cost to complete.

· Team player Punctuality and follow through.

• Procure materials and
• Manage Forman
• Manage numerous projects simultaneously.
• Manage material deliveries, schedules, staging and phasing with Superintendents.
• Manage Pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases.
• Ensure safety through managing field staff compliance with company policy and regulation.
• Provide direction, leadership, and accountability in the field and office.
• Make a positive contribution to the corporate culture.

Requirements include:
5 or more years experience as a construction project manager with successful experience managing.

Ability to manage 3-4 crew’s with projects totaling 5–10million in revenue.
