Project Manager – Clinical Trial Supply (Pharmaceutical Industry)

In this role, you’ll manage clinical trial supply projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution. Reporting directly to Alex Santos, VP of Global Clinical Trial Supply, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the lifecycle of clinical trial supply projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Support processes related to clinical trial packaging, labelling, and distribution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the company’s growth.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years in project coordination or project management, ideally within the clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical trial supply processes, GMP/GDP regulations, and packaging/logistics operations.
• Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive, and ready to step up into a more responsible role.
