Job Description

As a Production Planner, you'll create and adjust production schedules, ensuring seamless coordination between production, sales, and purchasing to meet demand efficiently. You’ll play a key role in minimizing downtime, improving processes, and maintaining clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust daily/weekly production schedules for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to minimize line downtime.
• Track and analyze production metrics for continuous improvement.
• Communicate with managers and customer service about delays or issues.
• Assist with engineering change orders and inventory management.
• Provide backup for other planners as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and ideally BAAN system.
• Self-starter with excellent attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
