We have been rated top 10 staffing companies in the country for 3 years in a row. We serve technology, financial, auto, logistics & distribution companies across the United States, providing either IT staffing or technology solutions — or both. With decades of experience and a nationwide network of highly qualified, certified IT professionals, our goal is to build a lasting relationship with each client based on trust and consistent, reliable services.

Job Description

As a Principal Product Owner, you will lead the execution of mid to large-scale client deployments, ensuring projects are completed within scope, on budget, and on time. You will also be responsible for meeting end-user requirements and addressing issues with effective resolutions and risk management strategies. This position involves ongoing stakeholder management, as you will oversee the overall success of each project. You will also take on Product Ownership responsibilities as part of this role.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, innovative, enthusiastic, sharp, analytical, and eager to embrace responsibility while learning new skills. Pathway to Success

#BeOneStepAhead: Be prepared, work with intentional effort and offer no surprises for our clients and teammates.

Your success starts by positively impacting the direction of a fast-growing practice with vision and passion. You will be measured quarterly by the breadth, magnitude, and quality of your contributions, your ability to estimate accurately, customer feedback at the close of projects, how well you collaborate with your peers, and the consultative polish you bring to customer interactions.

As you continue to execute successfully, we will build a customized development plan together that leads you through the individual contributor or management growth tracks.

Expectations

Customer Facing - You will interact with customers on a regular basis, sometimes daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touchpoints occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.

Training - Ongoing with first-week orientation followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared.
