The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting press machinery to ensure high-quality production. Job Title: Press Operator

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $20 - $23/hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press machines according to specifications.
• Monitor production for quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Complete necessary production and maintenance documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
