In this role, the Physician Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting of physicians and managing all aspects of the process from marketing to identification and acquisition of potential candidates. He or she will be responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan for recruiting and will have significant input into that strategy. As part of the role the candidate will manage relationships with both resident and experienced hires. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to touring of company's locations with candidates, managing the pipeline of openings against candidates, and smooth hand off of hired candidates to operations. Position requires up to 25% travel time and the remainder working remotely from your home office. This opportunity is perfect for someone that loves to build relationships between two parties. Responsibilities The Basics: Report to the Executive Management & Clinical teams on progress made as well as next steps in process applicable to other functional groups within the Company. Ensures a smooth and effective hand off to operations for all hired candidates. Other related duties as assigned Represents company and leads recruiting activities at recruiting events such as the AAD, and other national conferences to source candidates. Manage Recruiting Pipeline: Responsible for keeping pipeline updated with opportunities provided by new clinic and operation teams as well as tracking of candidates and recruitment efforts from identification through close. Maintains connections and relationships with a large candidate pipeline. Identifies candidates who appear to be a good cultural fit for the company, clinic, and community in which the position is located. Consistently communicates and follow up with candidates in a timely manner. Effectively uses recruiting tools and market knowledge to develop and track leads and recruit qualified candidates in a timely manner, i.e.: Develop, track, and leverage knowledge of resident physician market as well as associated training programs. Develop, track, and leverage knowledge of experienced physician market as well as competitive understanding of other dermatology platforms. Effectively sells to candidates the benefits of working for company as well as the clinic location and local community: Coordinates and participates on site visits with candidates as well as tours of company Support Services in Manitowoc, WI. Demonstrates ability to interact and form a connection with candidates as well as families. Communicates knowledgeably about company's mission, vision, values, locations, and operations. Work with and negotiates Company's template employment agreements: Develops and produces the required documents to present offers to candidates using company standard templates and compensation and benefit packages. Effectively negotiates with prospective candidates and produce the required documents to contract with candidates such as employment agreements. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associates Degree and related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be detail oriented. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Experience with CRM solutions is preferred. Salesforce.com experience is desired. Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, board, clients, and the public. Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team. Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
