Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join primary care team in NE Vermont. Full-time, Day shift, 3 or 4, 10 hour shifts per week Manageable workload: 1-2 telephone call duties per month, an average of 18+ patients daily Our dedication to patient-centered care has earned us recognition as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the NCQA. You will be part of a team-based care model, collaborating with five other providers (three NPs and two DOs) who are supported by a Care Coordinator, Ambulatory Pharmacist, RNs, LPNs, CMAs, LNAs, and Medical Secretaries. The hospital takes pride in offering a wide range of support practices, including Orthopedics, Surgical, ENT, Neurology, OBGYN, Audiology, Speech & Language Pathology, Pulmonology, Podiatry, and more.
