Position Information:
The Patient Account Representative is responsible for posting and reconciling insurance payments denials and contractual adjustments to patient accounts. Candidates must be able to work with high volumes while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy within a timely manner. Properly communicates and documents payment denials to the patients accounts and notifies the appropriate staff. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the missions values and management of WakeMed Physician Practices.
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Accounting/Finance - Revenue Cycle Required
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Business Administration Or Associate's Degree Related Field Preferred

M-F 8a-4:30p
