Full-Time Operations in our parking garage in Asheville - 1st shift & 2nd Shift!

Your responsibilities will included (but are not limited to):

• Keep all levels of the parking garage clean and debris free. Dispose of and pick up any trash in the garage.
• Repair and maintain parking equipment.
• Operate the garage floor sweeper and pressure washer.
• Change light bulbs and paint.
• Leaf blowing and possibly landscaping.
• Provide winter weather support (snow and ice removal). You must be able to work in inclement weather.
• Willingness and ability to perform manual labor.
• Must be able to perform occasional or continuous heavy manual labor. Must have the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Mechanical capabilities and the ability to learn how to the use required tools and equipment.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to understand, follow, transmit, and carry out assigned tasks on the basis of written and oral instructions.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and the public.
• Must be thoroughly safety conscious, and take precautionary measures when performing duties.
• Interface with customers and provide excellent customer service in the drive lanes as well as over the intercoms; consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly attitude.
• Must be dependable and must have clean background.

Required education: High school or equivalent

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-12:00am
• Weekends & Holidays as needed
