Operations System Analyst
SimVentions is a 100% employee-owned business and has consistently been voted one of Virginia's Best Places to Work. We are looking for an Operations System Analyst to join our team! This individual will design and develop engineering standards and tests to evaluate the function of products and systems. They will also develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
Subject will be responsible for EW system software testing of government owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems. Subject will be responsible for the development, integration, and execution of test cases and test procedures for the prescribed systems. With time, provide SME support in this role from a testing facet.

Education: A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Clearance: The ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
Travel : Negligible. Travel may be required to assist in test events.

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.
The projected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
