Nurse Practitioner  needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s primary care client located in New York, NY.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:00pm
Duration: 11/18/24 - 12/27/24 (possible extension)
Pay: $60 - 70/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Minor in-office procedures and testing: COVID testing (Rapid/PCR), Strep Throat, Influenza or Mono POCT testing, Splinter removal, Urinalysis/HCG testing and analysis, knowledge of preforming phlebotomy, administering nebulizer, and reading EKGs.
• Cerumen impaction removal, Eye care (eye wash available in office for foreign body), Pap Smears and STD testing, Breast examination, complete annual physical exams- referrals to appropriate physicians for preventative care, wound care (minor burns, cuts, blisters), evaluating acute musculoskeletal injuries and splinting minor injuries (wrist, fingers).
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe treatments of acute and chronic illness.
• Administer vaccinations (TDAP, Shingles, travel vaccines upon request)/allergy shots (working collaboratively with patient's allergist) and educating patients regarding aftercare

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• NP license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year as an autonomous provider
• Primary care or related experience
