Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Network Operations Center (NOC) Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for NOC staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining training materials and lesson plans, conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, assessing training needs, staying up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends, collaborating with NOC managers, creating and administering tests, providing ongoing mentorship, developing strategies to measure training effectiveness, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of NOC standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications required are a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 5+ years of related work experience, proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs, strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting, familiarity with network monitoring tools, excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts simply, experience with remote training tools, and strong organizational skills. Desired qualifications include familiarity with ITIL framework and certifications in training or instructional design. This position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and up to 10% continental US travel. The position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately but represents positions consistently available at CACI.
