FXAIR, a leading provider of on-demand private jet charter access is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join the Global Marketing Department as the Marketing Director. Founded in 2020, FXAIR has seen consistent growth over the last four years, doubled its workforce and grew revenues by 190%.

To that end, we are seeking a highly skilled and talented Marketing Director responsible for developing and driving the Go to Market strategy, practical implementation of marketing deliverables, and project management of the day-to-day marketing activities for the FXAIR brand. This person will need to have a ROI driven mindset to ensure FXAIR has a strong lead pipeline and help develop new initiatives to generate leads. This person should be able to handle switching gears easily, as this position will have responsibilities that cross over into other brands within the portfolio of companies associated with Flexjet and FXAIR.

FXAIR is headquartered in New York, New York, and is a member of the Directional Aviation family of companies. However, the Global Marketing Department is located in Cleveland, OH at the family flagship office, Flexjet.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the President of FXAIR, Sr. VP of Commercial Strategy and Sr. VP of Sales to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that align with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with Global Marketing Manager on email marketing calendar. Outline roadmap for implementing marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences. Act as lead project manager to shepherd email promotions from concept to completion.
  • Work collaboratively with Design Studio and Content Team to create high-impact, unique and competitive digital marketing advertisements. Act as lead project manager to shepherd advertisements from concept to completion.
  • Own timelines and work back schedules for copy, proofing, and deployment of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Work closely with Director of Loyalty and Retention and Sr. Manager of Marketing and Events to explore meaningful event activations where appropriate.
  • Assist with the creation of sales collateral material, including brochures, sales presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and track performance of all marketing campaigns and report on key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
  • Develop annual budget for US and EU FXAIR divisions. Work closely with Global CMO on budget distribution, tracking, and reporting. Manage monthly budget reconciliation.
  • Work closely with Cyber Studio on regional paid search campaigns.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Director and Media Buyer on development of direct buy program.
  • Work closely with Senior Manager of External Communications and PR to develop key message points for Press Releases, media interviews, and newsjacking opportunities.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 6 + years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the aviation, transportation, or hospitality industry.
  • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital advertising, email marketing, marketing analytics and PR.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.

  • 20% travel is expected. International travel 10%
