We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Marketing team! Our
Marketing Communications Specialist
will play a key role in supporting our mission by coordinating impactful events and driving engaging digital marketing campaigns. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our messaging and brand presence are consistently delivered across all channels, helping us reach our goals and serve our clients with excellence.

Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and health benefits days, while ensuring alignment with company brand and culture.
Strategic Marketing Planning:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop event objectives, themes, agendas, and promotional strategies for events and digital marketing campaigns.
Content Creation and Campaign Management:
Develop and manage creative content, including written copy and design, for both events and digital channels (websites, email, blogs, social media). Manage the execution of campaigns across various digital platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
Performance Tracking:
Build and maintain editorial calendars, content publishing schedules, and track the progress of event and digital marketing projects. Run analytics and interpret key performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including customers, team members, and external partners, across multiple platforms (email, text, Slack, etc.) to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Industry Trends and Best Practices:
Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into both event and digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in event planning, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing events and digital marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe design software, social media platforms, and digital advertising tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords. Experience reporting from social media, digital display, and SEM channels.
Creative and Analytical Abilities:
Strong content creation skills (both written and design), with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts through data-driven insights.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to manage multiple communication channels.
Project Management:
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork and Problem-Solving:
A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to support both event and digital marketing team members as needed.
