Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing performance data across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance, trends, and areas of opportunity.
  • Assist in market research efforts, including competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and identifying industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain marketing models that predict customer behavior and assess marketing spend ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs and objectives for marketing campaigns.
  • Support the optimization of marketing strategies and tactics by providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide recommendations for improving campaign strategies and increasing customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years in marketing analysis or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar data manipulation languages is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing attribution models, and other measurement techniques is a plus.
