Looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Loan Officer Assistant to join the #1 broker in New York and to support the #1 Loan Officer Team at Madison Mortgage.

Please note, that this is an in-office position and requires a daily commute to our Lake Success headquarters. We are not seeking a hybrid or remote team member. The hours for the position are M-F 9am to 6pm.

• Bring your expertise as a bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support the leading Loan Officer Team at Madison Mortgage, the top broker in New York.
• Assist in loan processing, managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring prompt completion of documentation.
• Maintain effective communication by providing frequent updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process.
• Utilize your sales skills to enhance business development efforts, including reaching out to potential referral partners like real estate agents, accountants, attorneys, and financial planners.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals who strive for excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• To be considered for the position of Experienced Loan Officer Assistant - Bilingual in Lake Success, NY, US, you should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales capacity as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar role.
• Encompass experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Any experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.
• Being a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator would be advantageous, or you must be willing to take the necessary test to become licensed in NY.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred for this role.
• Strong communication skills are essential to maintain regular updates with clients, real estate agents, and attorneys.
• You should have a sales-oriented mindset and be able to contribute to business development efforts.
