Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory/Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods and materials in and out of our facilities. This role involves using inventory management software, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will be skilled in optimizing inventory systems, handling logistics operations, and solving issues to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Track and update inventory levels in real-time using software; ensure stock levels meet business needs and conduct regular physical counts.
Plan and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
Resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment delays, working with partners to find solutions.
Maintain accurate records and prepare inventory and logistics reports.
Respond to inventory inquiries and collaborate with customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Proficient in using inventory control software (ERP, WMS, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or related field preferred.
Several years of experience in inventory or logistics roles, especially in warehouse settings.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or sit for extended periods.
