Position: Insurance Agents (LOA Agents or W2 Workers)
Location: Independence Marketing Group, Houston, TX (Remote)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Insurance Agents to join our team. Our ideal candidates are those who have their General Lines license for health insurance and any certifications like their FFM, AHIP, Etc. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with selecting appropriate health insurance plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Educate clients on available insurance options and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Must have a General Lines license for health insurance.
• Required certifications (if not currently held, must be willing to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Need to be in Dallas or able to travel to Dallas.
