Job Description

Position Summary:

Our client, a top mechanical company in Weymouth, MA., is looking for experienced HVAC/R Technicians, for the diagnosis and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities:

• Performs diagnosis and repair work on refrigeration, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors, and HVAC units. Then return all equipment to proper operating levels with a goal of zero callbacks.
• Performs preventive maintenance on the same equipment as listed above to assure optimal operating efficiencies and less downtime for the customer.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Eastern MA on an as-needed basis.
• Performs other related duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Experience with VRF systems and grocery store refrigeration
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• Demonstrated ability to achieve quality results
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a professional attitude
• Good clean driving record and valid State Driver's License
• Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule: nights/weekends/holidays
• Understands the need for integrity and demonstrates awareness of ethical implications in all situations

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Required)
• HVAC/R License/Certification, (State of MA.)
• Must be a US Citizens, or Perm Resident Green Card holder
