HVAC Cleaner 

Location: Kansas City, KS
Pay: $15.00/HR

Job Summary:
Join our team as an HVAC Technician and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of commercial HVAC systems. Perform essential cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and air quality in our clients' buildings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• HVAC System Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance for commercial HVAC systems, including air ducts, filters, coils, vents, and registers. Remove dust, debris, and contaminants to enhance system efficiency and prevent health hazards.
• Filter Replacement: Replace and install air filters at prescribed intervals to ensure proper airflow and improve indoor air quality by preventing dirt and allergen buildup.
• Duct Inspection: Inspect air ducts for damage, leaks, or mold. Report any issues to the supervisor for further assessment and repair.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment used in HVAC cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication skills for reporting findings and interacting with building occupants and supervisors.
