SUMMARY/SCOPE: Assist the University Marketing Project Coordinator with variousadministrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assistwith various administrative tasks
Collaborate with the creative services team to produce promotional print items
Work with printing vendors
Process invoices
Assist with correspondence through memo and email writing
Create timelines for projects
Research printing companies
Communicate with various HSU departments
Make deliveries on campus
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma; Strong writing capabilities andability to provide content within regular deadlines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Thisjob is sedentary in nature. Must be able to sit for long periods of time whileperforming office functions. Occasional light lifting may be required.
